I have failed many times. In a way I’m glad of that. If I had succeeded, I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing now. Instead those failures have became my valuable lessons which I wouldn’t trade for anything.

I will continue to fail on this journey……

I am a gym newbie. I have failed to deadlift 95kg many times although I can comfortably lift 80kg. Am I going to settle for 80kg or am I going to keep trying 95kg? It may take months before I could lift this weight successfully but I’d rather be a failed 95kg then a successful 80kg deadlifter!
